Mastery of the Mind
The center of consciousness of the great united (integrated) reality or spirit that underlies life is the "I", and the center of everything is the Absolute or God. The consciousness of the sense of the reality of the “I” is actually a reflection of the reality of the great “I” of the universe.
Being superior to all manifestations of matter, force, and mind, the “I” is recognized as positive in relation to the above – mentioned three principles, in the same sense that mind is a positive principle in relation to energy, and energy in relation to mind. The “I” is passive and negative only in relation to the Center of the One, i.e., to the Absolute itself. This is the main defining position on the path to initiation: the “I” is more real than mind, energy, and matter and controls them; the “I” is unreal only in comparison with the Absolute, the center of being to which the “I” belongs. Therefore, I assert my dominion over mind, energy, and matter, and exercise my will over them. Thus I acknowledge my submission to the Absolute, and gladly open my soul to the influx of the Divine Will, and share with the Absolute its power, strength, and wisdom. Next, we will try to help the reader gain control over the subordinate “I” manifestations: matter, energy, and mind. To do this, it is necessary to get acquainted with the nature of what we want to manage.
We have already explained that the human “I” is above spirit and the great manifestations of mind, energy, and matter, which are the essence of the manifestation of the Absolute and the relative beginnings. Matter is the lowest and grossest form of the manifestation of substance, lower than energy and mind, and therefore subordinate to both. One step above matter is energy and the force that has power over it, but is itself subordinate to mind, because mind is a higher form of substance. Next in order and highest of the three is the mind, the most subtle form of substance, dominating energy and matter, but it is subordinate to the “I”, which is spirit. He obeys the firm and reasonable commands of the “I”, and the “I” itself is subject only to the Absolute-the Center of Being, while the “I” dominates the threefold manifestation: mind, energy, and matter.
For the sake of clarity, let us consider the “I” as something separate (although in reality it is only the center of consciousness in the great universal principle of the spirit), which is surrounded by a triple ocean of mind, energy and matter, because the particles and atoms of the body are constantly changing-renewed, rearranged, discarded and replaced. A body that existed a few years ago, or rather, its constituent particles have already disappeared and are now forming new compounds in the world of matter. The body exists at the present time, dies and is replaced by new particles continuously, and those particles that will make up your body in the next year are located somewhere in other parts of space and are included in countless other compounds. Subsequently, they will come out of these compounds and enter into those that will enter into the composition of your body, as it will be in a year. There is nothing permanent in the body, even parts of the bones are constantly being replaced by others. The same thing happens with the vital energy, strength and physical power (including the brain). All this is incessantly consumed, spent, and renewed. Even the mind of the individual and the substance of the mind are changing - diverging and renewing from the great ocean of the mind, into which the discarded parts submerge, similar to how it happens with matter and energy.
A person tends to think of his mind as “himself”, as his own "I". The power of habit of thought is too great, and it may take you a considerable time before you come to the realization that your mind is not yourself, but only something that you use. To the extent that you are aware of your mastery over your mind, you will dominate it and it will obey you. And what will be the degree of this mastery, so will be the character, the quality, and the amount of work that your mind will do for you. Thus you will see that true knowledge, acquired through inner experience, causes domination, and domination produces results. This principle is at the heart of the science of Rulilulvis.
Through the mind, the “I” thinks, at least in relation to the external world or the world of phenomena, i.e., the totality of everything that has a form and a name. There is a higher knowledge in the bowels of the “I” that transcends all that the “I” can receive from the outside world, but this is not at present the subject of our consideration.
The science of Rulilulvis, to which this book is devoted, teaches mastery over the mind. She argues that the first step to power is to gain control of your own mind. Before you start fighting the outside world, you need to defeat the inner one. “I” is manifested in the will, which can be used to guide, control and direct the mind of the owner, remove all mental debris, destroy everything that interferes with the correct functioning of the mind and create a bright, clear and healthy mind. The teachings will show you how to manage the mind intelligently and productively, retaining all the improperly expended power and, through concentration, bring the mind into complete harmony with the will in order to keep it in focus, thus increasing its strength and productivity. With willpower and concentration, you can achieve amazing results, control and direct your strong healthy minds and dominate the material world, acting on energy and matter. This power extends to all planes of the mind. You can subjugate not only the instinctive mind and intellect but even the spiritual mind, promote its development and make it go into the field of a clear consciousness of some amazing secrets that lie in its area. Many secrets of the universe and existence have been revealed and solved with the help of Rulilulvis.
The hidden forces of human nature are revealed and begin to act. Those who have attained the highest knowledge in this science possess such power and authority over the forces of the universe that they are almost “gods” in comparison with an ordinary person.
Opening a huge field of knowledge, the concentrated mind is directed to an idea or an object and the inner meaning or true nature becomes apparent to it, it can pass through the object or question, how X-rays pass through a piece of wood. Everything that “I” is looking for is made available to him and it is possible not only to explore the outside world in this way but also to direct the mental ray inward and explore the hidden areas of the mind itself. When we remember that that particle of the mind that every person possesses is like a drop taken from the ocean and containing in its small volume all the elements that make up the ocean, and that to know a drop perfectly means to know the ocean perfectly, then we will begin to be aware of the real significance of this force.
Further, we will move from the theoretical part of the teaching to the rules with the help of which you can develop in yourself these hidden forces and energies, which are, as it were, in a dormant state. Too much theory at once is difficult for the mind, and too much exercise is exhausting. The inquisitive mind in the latter case does not receive proper nourishment and therefore it is necessary to combine theory with practice.
