Having reached the expanded consciousness, when you identify yourself as one with the universe, it becomes obvious that under all the forms and names of the visible world there is one life, one force, one substance, one being, one reality and One. And instead of feeling the loss of your individuality, you are aware of its expansion, instead of feeling that it is swallowed up by the whole, you feel that you yourself are spreading out and embracing the whole. This is very difficult to put into words, but we hope that with our words we will cause vibrations that can find a response in the minds of readers, the natural consequence of which will be a self-developed understanding. The consciousness emanating from the intellect can, by means of vibrations, prepare the mind to receive ideas coming from its even in the earliest development of this consciousness, a person is able to identify the real part of himself with the real part of all other forms of life that pass before his eyes.

In every other person, animal, plant, mineral-behind the shell and form of the external image, he sees evidence of the presence of the spirit, which is reduced to his own spirit, and even more than reduced, because both are one. He sees himself in all forms of being, at all times and in all places. He is aware that his real essence is everywhere, never disappearing, and that the life that is in him is also in the whole universe – in everything, because nothing is dead in the universe, and everything that exists in different phases of being is only one life that we are gifted with, enjoy and enjoy all together. Each “I” is the center of consciousness in this great ocean of life, and being outwardly separate and distinct from the other “I”, in reality it is in contact with the whole - with all its apparent parts.

We do not intend to enter into the details of the great mystery of life, or to present a comparatively small portion of its true understanding, which was transmitted to us by the sages of the Caucasus who were close to the Truth. We also do not intend to explain their scientific side. We try to present the subject in such a way that it can prepare the way for the emerging new consciousness, eliminate preconceived notions and prejudices, and provide free access to new thinking. “Hurry slowly”, because even if you do not agree with much of what you read at the initial stage of development, you will later see that the mind will work even when you are busy with your usual work and forget about this subject. Most of the mental work is done in this way when you are asleep or doing something else, because the subconscious part of the mind continues to work in the direction indicated to it and performs this task. This goal is to develop a sense of the reality of the “I” and expand your essence, because thanks to this, you will be able to assert your power over matter, energy and mind.

Before you ascend to your throne like a king, you must fully realize that you not only exist and are real in this world of appearances, but are in communion with everything else - that is real, and the roots of your being are in the Absolute.

Through experience, you will know that as a separate atom of Reality, isolated and motionless in a small space, you are the center of consciousness of Reality as a whole, and your home is the world of worlds. Your center of consciousness can be moved to a point that is trillions of miles from earth (the distance is nothing in space), and yet you are an awakened soul, and you will be at home there-just like here. Even while you are here, your influence will spread far into space. Your real state will be gradually revealed over the centuries, but unfortunately, the real development of your mind cannot comprehend even a faint reflection of this splendor.

We want you to be able to control the lower principles in your real state of being by the power of your awakened will, which depends on the degree of consciousness of your real essence. As understanding and consciousness increase, so does the ability to use your will. The will belongs to the real being and fortunately, this great experience, which leads to the knowledge of our true being, brings with it love and kindness to all living things.

Otherwise, the will of a person who has achieved the knowledge of his true being could be used to inflict great harm on those who have not achieved the same success (we are talking about relative harm, because the soul cannot be really harmed). The higher the soul rises, the more it is imbued with the higher ideals, and the more it rejects the animal qualities of the lower kind. However, some souls, having reached the knowledge of their true nature, can commit a misdeed and use the awakened will for personal purposes and evil (for example, black magicians). But such an abuse of the will causes pain and anxiety to the person who uses it and subsequently puts him on the right path.

Using the power that lies dormant within us, we must imbue ourselves with love for the world around us. The path to enlightenment is long and sometimes difficult, the legs may be tired and wounded, but the reward is too great and you can rest on the way. Don not be discouraged if success seems slow, because the soul must unfold naturally.

To sum up, there is only one original form of matter, only one basic form of energy, and one original form of mind. Matter comes from energy, energy from mind, and all these three beginnings come from the Absolute – threefold in manifestation, but one in essence. There is only one life, and it permeates the entire universe, manifesting in different forms, but in the end it is one. Our body is one with the world matter, our energy and life force is one with the world energy, our mind is one with the world mind, our life is one with the world life.

The absolute has expressed and manifested itself in the spirit, and this spirit is the true Self, which embraces and combines all-seeming separate Selves.

The “I” feels its identity with the spirit and its connection with the Absolute (through the spirit), is imbued with the consciousness of the unity of all that is real, and is aware that the “I” is expression and manifestation, and that its very essence lies in the “I” – filled with divine love, power, and wisdom, and is aware of its identity in spirit, essence, and nature with the One Reality.
