Spirally! Apply the ointment from up to down (as if carrying the load down) clockwise – in a spiral motion to the perineum.

Apply the ointment in the perineum clockwise - in a spiral motion twice and anticlockwise three times. Whilst the last (the 9^th) application of the ointment, press (fix) the hand against the perineum.

The procedures should be performed three times a day for three days.

During the treatment, those suffering from fungal diseases, fibromatosis and other complicated uterus diseases, must have some matsoni and the other sour-milk products, as well as some water with sweet cherry or sunny box tree (the dose should always be homeopathic – a little in large, one fruit per 1 lt. of water or one leaf per 0,5 lt. of water), that should be drunk instead of water. It’s also necessary to drink water with transcaucasian Malva Sylvestris or Prunus divaricata -  Prunus insititia - peach (plant juices with the pulp), fennel or carrot seeds (5-6 seeds with a mallow ramus per 1 lt. of water).However, the best in this case is the broth of quince “middles” (5-6 seeds with the pulp per 1,5 lt. of water, if the seeds form sticky stuff).
